Lonnie Scott , program manager for installation management command at Fort Campbell’s Army traffic safety training program in Kentucky for his efforts in traffic safety and accident prevention.
Gregory D. Chesser , assistant fire chief at Francis E. Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne, Wyo., for his work in fire prevention and safety.
Kathleen Casper , a mentor for the homeless community in Cincinnati, Ohio, for her contributions to the field of substance abuse prevention and treatment that has helped the homeless and made positive attitude changes for the issues of homelessness and addiction.
